At the time of delivery the customer is required to verify:

  • That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is stated in the transport document;
  • That the packaging is intact and not altered even in closing tapes;

Caution

In the event of tampering and / or breakage the Customer shall immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery by enclosing the letter ""MERCHANDISE CONTROL RESERVE (state the reason)"" on the delivery document received by the courier.

The Customer shall subsequently report any damage within 2 (two) days of receipt of the goods in the manner specified by the operator selected for shipment and / or delivery and / or operator.

In the event that this procedure was not followed, in case of damage to the goods, we can only do formal complaint to the courier, refundable about 1 € per kg.

 


SHIPPING METHODS

Shipment takes place via express courier Sda for national shipments (Italy) and express courier DHL - BRT - TNT for shipments abroad.

SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES

The shipping cost may vary depending on the weight of the goods purchased from a minimum of 12.99€ to a maximum of 50.00€.

The products are shipped within 24/48 hours.
