The Vortice Vortronic 50 was designed to offer high filtration capacity, tested by the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Milan. It can trap pollen, spores, droplets (saliva droplets), and microparticulate matter, reducing allergies, asthma, respiratory problems, and irritation.
Made with a body, grille, and base made of black shock-resistant thermoplastic material, it features a thermally insulated twin-shaft motor with self-lubricating bushings and rubber shock absorbers to minimize vibration. The filtration system includes an aluminum mesh pre-filter, an electronically controlled electrostatic filter, a granular activated carbon filter, and switch-activated ionizing electrodes.
