Description

Electromechanical Self-locking operator with a 230V Cardin HLXCORE230v (ex. HL251CL) motor for hinged gates 3M 550Kg with a 110° maximum opening angle. Fitted with a crank rod transmission system; supplied with a 6m connection cable. Note: embedding case and Cardin electronic programmer to be ordered separately.

The new version of underground operators is compatible with previous Cardin systems and compatible with other foundation box models (e.g. CAME sku. FROG-CF / FROG-CFN / FROG-CFNI). Compared to the previous model sku. HL251CL, the new version HLXCORE230v possesses innovative functions and mechanical upgrades, such as:

Mechanical limit switches integrated in the levers;
Engine bearing protection gasket from water and mud;
Reinforced aluminum castings;
Greater mechanical resistance with the new cast iron wheel (previously it was in zamak);
Bearings with greater resistance to axial loads.
